Thank you for choosing Corazón Therapeutics for your veterinary care needs. We strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please review our return policy below:

1. Refunds:

  • You may request a refund for unopened items with the original seal intact within 14 days from the delivery date. Returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase and be returned undamaged.

2. Store Credit:

  • If you have opened the product and used it as directed but are unsatisfied, you may return the remainder of the product within 30 days for store credit. The item must be returned in its original packaging and be received undamaged. Oral products must be given as directed for 6-8 weeks before being deemed ineffective and therefore are given 60 days for return.

3. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will need a photo of the damaged item. We will work with you to replace the item or issue a refund.

4. How to Initiate a Return:

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at corazontherapeutics@gmail.com or (843) 544-0344. Please provide your order number and reason for return.

5. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the buyer received the item in damaged condition.

6. Processing Time:

  • Refunds and store credits will be processed within 5-8 business days after we receive the returned item.

7. Exceptions:

  • We cannot accept returns for store credit on opened or used items that are not defective. Products must be administered as directed to be deemed defective. We suggest 6-8 weeks for our oral products to see results.
